Adding server logs analysis for our clients

We have implemented Elasticsearch and Kibana log analysis pipelines to monitor web logs across our hosted client environments. This allows us to identify and isolate request bursts in real-time, providing deep visibility into crawler behaviour and server requests down to individual request paths.
